What are the odds of losing one of those photos?

What are the odds of losing TWO of those photos?

What are the odds of the TWO photos lost being the First Exit and Second Entry?

And yet we see it happen all the time.

Well, as we have seen in many cases, when they sue what is "right" goes straight out of the window and we have seen judges makes some extraordinary judgements.
I would not trust POPLA either as they are holding PE appeals.
Whats right and whats wrong does not matter with PE, they learnt to abuse the courts system and the judges have fallen right for it.

I still do not have any replies from my Appeals to PE or Waitrose. Then again, I only sent them in over a week ago so I guess there is more time for them to respond.

I am very much waiting for them. Ready to take it to the next Level.

With all the support I have seen so far on this site and a few others.

They will not know what hit them!!

Keep watching this space as I will update every one once I have any response from the Crooks that call themselves PE.

They have 35 days to respond to an initial appeal.

Just beat them at POPLA and walk away. Unless you have something in your arsenal that no one previously has thought about - or tried.

As this is a case of faulty cameras being used to raise invoices for non-existent services, this should be reported in writing to Reading Council Trading Standards Department. It is no different from a butcher with faulty scales.

I have raised a couple of issues with them and they have been very thorough.

Hello all,

Just wanted to update you good people. Friday, I got a letter from the Crooks that call themselves PE.

They only said "we refer to the parking charge of the 27th of May and can confirm this has been cancelled and no monies is due on the account."

So we have victory at last, but issue is, they issued me two PCN and have only cancelled one.

This could be an error but since I am dealing with Crooks, I written back to the Appeals Sections explaining there were two notices I appealed against and they have only cancelled one.

So I should be getting another letter confirming they have cancelled that as well.

They really did not have any legs to stand on.

The only point is am not sure if this came about by my writing their client Waitrose making a complaint or if was just my appeals that lead to it.

Anyway, I guess it does not matter as they clearly have seen their error and applied common sense in this case.

I will update you as to when I get the second letter cancelling the Notices.

All the best every one and stick to your Guns with these crooks if you have a case.
