I would say the fitter is getting well paid, probably could fit it in a day (If the original one is stripped out)
Even if it included 1/2 a day ripping out the old one and 1 1/2 days to fit thats a good earner. £570 for 2 days for for fitting a bog standard kitchen.

Not as though its difficult work or needs specialist tools.

Old kitchen is stripped out. So we're saying it's not a good deal? What price should I be looking for?

that is a fine price 2-3 days work, for the fitter. The design though..... looks like a 3 year old did it, so boring. Nothing soft close will be like having a kitchen from the 1980s. No cornice no pelmet, standard T bar handles or worse. Tap will start leaking after a week. Are you having a gas or electric cooker top? Uneven size units, all the sink run could be 900 (except the drawers) i would make the 800 unit next to the cooker drawers anyway as this would seem a better place. BUT the howdens price is good
