    Morning everyone!

Plumber has been and gone. Thankfully it seems the leaky toilet was just down to a worn washer but because everything is built in it took forever to get at it so it still cost £60. Could be much worse, the plumber was making his best expensive noises when he first arrived!

Off to Kiddicare in a bit to check the pram we've chosen will fit in the car. I spent ages researching and checking it would fit through the hallway but forgot about the boot! The measurements online are looking touch and go so fingers crossed otherwise it will be back to the drawing board.

    So far this morning:
    Unloaded DW
    S and S kitchen

Phew it's Friday: Living a Room and catch up
    Level 1
Dust and deweb - lots of spidders around at the mo!
Sweep / vac - maybe get the tools out and do the edges and skirting?
    Level 2
Polish a mirror and wipe a window
Sofa - vac again? Or a wipe? Mine are grotty
    Declutter a hotspot
    Level 3
Catch up - do you need to S&S the sink again?
Catch up - any piles of gubbins starting to regrow?
    Extras:
Sort washing ready for DH to iron at weekend
    10 mins kitchen shelf declutter
Try and figure out where hoover suction has disapeared

Hoover blockage found and removed but suction is still lousy, especially on carpet. Can't get one of the tube bits off so might have to delegate to DH tomorrow.

Visited Kiddicare. Technically the pram fits but would have to remove the back wheels and there isn't much room for very much else in the boot at the same time, so not really sure what to do.

OH doesn't look very impressed with people buying hats.. maybe we should all have fascinators instead lol
Ooh, I can dig out the owl's feather and bead one I made for my own wedding - with feathers kindly donated by their original owner (I was at a bird of prey show, and she shook herself and shed a couple of beautiful feathers).:o

Back lawn duly mown - with fairly minimal damage to my back. But some dirty boggart had put the mower away with the grass box still full. Silage, anyone?

Patch is here, and she's as lovely as I remember.

Posi vibes for Thursday CY, we will all be thinking of you.

I've spent the afternoon with a pile of papers, thankfully there are more than half on the to go pile so once I've tidied up and sorted the keepers I'll be able to have the floor clear again then just need to round the dyson round. Did some more tidying and decluttering in the kitchen DH said it looked bigger and brighter at lunchtime, all I've done is rehomed the cereal bowls and moved the plate rack along the work surface. Might clean the window if I get time (that's what he thought id done when asked)

CY keeping everything crossed, remind us the day before so we can all send you lots of good wishes.

LW enjoy Patch, I know how much good a doggie friend does you.

I have kind of sat here doodling about for the last hour or so. All sorts of things that I should be doing - including shredding like Mrs MP.

Will fetch the washing in and put it away I think. It should be dry.
