Can you view previous surveys on a house?

    Then it would be down to you to negotiate with them to see the survey.

    Interesting way of dealing with it. Does the surveyor have any duty of care to you, if you are buying a survey off someone else?

    Absolutely none at all. Duty of care is specific to the party commissioning the report. Surveys always carry a standard clause restricting their use only to the First party. Third parties have no rights over the survey whatsover.
    Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.
