In case anyone who actually needs this reads this the company in question eventually became Black Horse Finance.
Part of Lloyds but run quite separately.

Although you will struggle for them to locate the account.
The old UDT system was Horton rid of about 16 years ago when they became black horse.
A loan from that far back would be pre regulation so proving it was missold would be difficult.
