Yes yes and yes
If it looks too good, it likely is.
They would usually offer 10-20% less than market then last minute reduce their amount and force people to accept."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

The business model means they have to offer below market value, I reckon that would fall into the 20% territory to make it worth their while.
In some cases . . . a quick sale at 20% below market value might be a good thing . . . !
However. Such companies are mostly run by total and utter scumbags.
They're not interested in a miserly 20% discount, they're in the market for a 40% - 80% mark up.
How they achieve this is by using a scumbag sales technique that is as old as the hills.
Because it's as old as the hills I don't feel the need to explain it, lets just say that fools and their money are soon parted and there is very little that the rest of us can do that will stop them !0 -

A simple google search for the company is all you need for their business model and reviews"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Can you show us the reviews where they drop price last minute? That's outrageous.

these fast buy companies regularly use that trick. Been plenty of threads on here over the years.
They need to turn a profit and that's how they manage it.0 -
I strongly suspect this is a Christian organisation dedicated to assisting house-holders who for reasons beyond their control are being forced to sell their homes in a hurry.
The company buys the unfortunate's home, at full market value, sight-unseen, irrespective of its size, location or condition.
They then use it to house the homeless, thus acting charitably at both ends: to the original home-owner, and the end-users.
They receive the funding for all this from charitable donations.0 -
