This is the interesting bit from my view.
I have no way of contacting the PWC. As I have just received the letter saying that the agreement is due to end.
I don't see what is stopping my ex taking the 4% hit just to make me pay the extra 20% on top. She is more than capable of that.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0 -

She can't do that, if she opens a case on the new system and you say you want direct pay she has to provide info for you to make the payment. However you must make absolutely sure you pay on time and in full every time, if you miss a payment she can then ask for you to go on the collection scheme.0 -

She will be sent a form that she has to complete and send back to the CMS with her personal information on - name, address, bank details etc. She does NOT have to fill out the address/contact numbers part if she does not want to but she must send it back with bank details. tHE CMS will then pass it to you.
If you fail to pay her on time she can have the cased moved to collect and pay (and attract fees) after 5 days.0 -
Are PWC's generally better off on the new system?
I'm currently post 2003 (first calculation done in 2010) not heard anything about moving over, but have had to ask for new calculation due to another child arriving in the NRP home.Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. I am better off. I was on the pre 2003 system. CM has gone from £462 to £654.23 a month.0
