I got emailed about a hour ago for a gig tomorrow! Woo!

This is the 3rd time I've won gig tickets - but always, always the day before! It's so annoying as I have to ring around good mates and see if they want to go - and inevitably they are always busy (with girlfriends) or out-of-town! There's always one free friend, but it takes effort + time! Grrrrh! It's so very annoying!

Has anyone else experienced this?
