    When I won my Muller Hamper, I got an email.

    However, when I won the Denby from Grow Your Own, I recieved a Christmas Card from Denby telling me my prize had been despatched which was the first I'd heard about it. So I'm guessing that ordinarily the prize would just have turned up:confused:.
