Should I be getting an offer??
Currently with a refresh deal but I have already paid my phone off its just the airtime now. May go sim only as I like my phone but O2 is more expensive than others. So just wondering if O2 will make me a better monthly contract offer to stay??

Only if you call them. And the contact doesn't end, you just come the end of the minimum term. It'll become a 30 rolling contract until you call them and cancel or upgrade.0

Possibly, but O2 aren't known for their great retention offers. Chances are you'll find a better deal with another network either directly or through a third party site (remember to go they quidco for cash back). Do your homework before committing to a new deal with O2.
Look at the affordable mobiles site and the like.0 -
If you want to stay on the o2 network, then the obvious alternatives SIM only are Tesco Mobile or giff gaff.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I've just bought an i phone 5 from 02 using Matin's tips. ie cancel contract immediately and pay for phone £240. Since then i've had no end of problems the latest being they took £450 out of my account. after saying they had overcharged me by £120 hopefully this will get sorted and the phone would have then only cost £120. Plus all my time. Good job i'm retired0
