    It's hard to describe quite what this place is like - certainly not like any approach to a property that I've ever encountered. I'm a writer by profession and used to writing promotional material: I'm absolutely certain that if I were writing copy to describe this place I would feel compelled to mention its situation. an 'elevated position' doesn't begin to describe it!

    Which one is it on their website?

    Are they advertising your dates as now available? They can't charge you the entire rental if they're making no effort to re-let it.

    Yes, after much badgering from me they have now got the dates up as available. Fingers crossed they're successful
