Dial-a-Phone Cashback claim period?

Hi,

I've searched this forum and all over the internet but i cant seem to find anything saying how long you get to claim cashback from dial-a-phone/ mobileexpress.

So I'm wondering if anyone who has taken out a contract with cashback from either of the dial-a-phone websites could tell me what the claim period is. I know Phones4u and carphone warehouse offer 60 days, which seems reasonable, but i am also aware some companies offer only 28 days which seems less fair.

I can see lots of half price offers etc, what offer are you looking at?

I was looking on this page:

It's for a k810i from mobile express which is a trading name of dial-a-phone and uses exactly the same web layout

It seems like they only divulge that information when you are actually ordering the phone(After you've entered your payment details!).

I would guess that the judge who ruled against phones2u recently would agree with you.
