WHo is the 'third party' you mention?

Do you have an agreement with the 'wellness centre'?

    Are the T&Cs available online?
If so, can you please provide a link?

Would it say somewhere within the full T&Cs I've received "credit agreement" if that's what I'd signed? I've checked and it doesn't, so I presume (hope!) that is better?

Yes - if i remember right in order for a credit agreement to be binding, it has to include certain information - such as the total repayable etc.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

So far as I understand the law, a conversation that takes place between two people can be recorded for personal use without both parties consent, but should you wish to share it with a third party then you must get permission; which if it only proves they're purposely misselling contracts, I'm not going to get from them.

But you can use it to type a transcript of the call. If it came to court and they refused to accept the transcript you could offer the recording as proof. If they refused permission to use the recording it sort of implies that the transcript is true. All you need is for the DJ to believe you.

On a sidenote, when you call a lot of companies now a recorded message tells you that "This call may be recorded.....". If that's not giving you permission I don't know what is :)
