DawnW - No, I grew 6 plants last year & didn't have enough courgettes, so have upped it to 9 this year. I use them in all kinds of recipes, but tried pickling them last year, for the first time. I couldn't find quite the recipe I was looking for, so did a mash-up of 2 different ones & the resulting pickles were really nice. Needs a lot of courgette slices to fill those jars. And then there's Mr f's healthy courgette curry, lol.
