Lottery direct debit setup?

Unsure where to post this, but does it really take 4 weeks to setup a direct debit with National Lottery? Does anyone have recent experience?

You can't do a lucky dip on direct debit. You have to choose the numbers and they will remain the same numbers for each draw.
