  • An update, when I spoke to CPW last night and was told I couldn't speak to anyone until today, I stated I was unavailable after 11.30am as I go to work and that I needed the call before then. I was told it wasn't a problem and that the details would be passed at 8am.

    I'm still awaiting the call that was promised......
  • So, I bit the bullet and called them again at 11.15. Finally managed to speak to a manager called Mark who blamed the banking system and will get the banking team to locate this payment and reject it as soon as possible, which could then take 5 - 7 days to be returned to me.

    Experience has taught me to document everything and when this is over, they are going to get the biggest bollocking of their lives.
