I went to Optical express to have lazer eye treatment only to be told on the day that my eyes are not suitable and that i would get my refund within 28 working days.!
28 days has been and gone and still no refund. I'm getting ready to submit a letter to get my money back but first I have 2 questions.!
1, is their anything from a sales of goods act or anything else I can quote as a legal stand point that might make them think "ok this guy knows his rights"?!
2, Being that I have waited past their stated 28 working day period can i charge interest for every day past the 28 working days they haven,t paid up? if so how much per day should i ask for?!
Thanks
Chris

You can ask but getting it may not happen, Just email head office and tell them it has been 28 days and you want it back within a reasonable time frame ie:- 7 working days and also state that you have waited the 28 days as advised much to your disappointment, They will probably offer a gesture of goodwill anyway.0

I should take the matter to the national newspapers.“Learn from the mistakes of others. You can never live long enough to make them all yourself.”
