Buyer opened return

I politely requested they return the item as agreed and they have now told me that in that case they are going to leave me negative feedback . I shall now report them0

Do I select buyer misused returns
Or
Buyer abused protection programme0 -
It will let you do one of each. I would do both. :-)0

Also, check their address is 100% as per the RM website. If it's a tiny bit out, report them here. http://contact.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ContactUs&wftype=2005&rcode=IV%25P10054&subject=False%20or%20missing%20contact%20information&bcrumb=%20Home%20%3E%20Help%20%3EMembership%20%26%20account%3ERules%20%26%20policies%3EFalse%20or%20missing%20contact%20information&instruction=&expirationDate= and don't forget to block them.0

Did not hear from buyer again after the feedback extortion and asking if I'll pay return postage.
Some time later I asked if they had returned the item as there was no sign of it. They said they are not returning it until I have told them if I am giving them the return postage.
Bearing in mind THEY Opened the return , then tried to get money off. am I right to just let her return time out. Presumably ebay sorts postage out and I've not received the item to examine.
The message says" please will you respond to my previous2 emails within the next 48 hours regarding your false description of this item, refusal to reduce the price and failure to reply to my questions regarding postage"
All this sent through messaging not the return case.0 -

I would just keep politely asking them to return it and you will refund them in full.If it times out then there is nothing you can do. Personally I would not have contacted them. I would respond to their messages asking them to return but no contact them unless they did. Some times it is better to leave them while they are quiet.0 -
I know I was trying to show myself to be helpful but it was a mistake.0

But they want me to say I will pay their return postage. Bearing in mind some of the things they are saying about the item are untrue, how can I do this at this point.0

Ask them to open a case for not as described in ebay, which will generate a pre-paid postage label, or offer to send them a myhermes label.
If they say they don't have a printer, offer to post it to them.0
