How do I close HSBC account?

Help! Trying to close a HSBC account, there is nothing in it, i dont use it I just want to close it. there is no information on their website, and I cant email them, and I cant find an address to send a letter. Has anyone had success? I can't call them as I don't have the security number.

I dont want to wait for security letters etc when I just want to close the account though. seems a little long winded.
