Emirates not paying for connecting flights

We got exactly the same and just ignored them we still won and they sent a legal rep from pipers
Don't give up its down to the judge to decide and as you know we won €600 x4 as there were four of us
What have you got to lose?
We even claimed the court fees from them on top

Have just read the article by Callum Mason on MSE 13 Oct 2017 (sorry can't post a link)
We resubmitted our claim and a few days ago got the following reply from Emirates:

[FONT=&quot]Emirates takes all customer complaints involving flight delays very seriously.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]We note the Court of Appeal’s ruling in relation to the application of EC261 on our flights from the UK involving a stopover in Dubai, we are currently awaiting to hear from the Supreme Court who we have asked to look into this matter further. Once this has been finalised, depending upon that outcome, you can resend your claim for further review.[/FONT]
