    I found paying for a letter in 1p stamps all over the envelope cheered my friend's postman up no end - although he said the sorting office weren't quite so impressed!

    You must enjoy the sticky gum on the back of the stamps. It was a good day when the pre-sticky first and second class stamps came out!

    That used to be me. I'd often overpay on the postage because I only had certain value stamps in the drawer to take it up (and beyond) the payment needed. Those were the days!

    Just to say if you just put the number and postcode for me, it wouldnt come here. We have the same postcode for 5 streets!

    Hmm maybe, but I think if my postie asked me that Id tell him to sod off. Lol.

    Does anyone else have the same postie all the time? We used to but now we have a different one each day (practically) and the same for my parents!
