  • Well first week back at work - over, done 1 full day and 2 short(ish) days, although when they saw me, were ready for sending me home again:rotfl: as bug still very obvious:( However struggled through.

Sold 1 item on the bay and woke up to another 2 items sold - so pleased with that, as things have went a bit quiet in that front for a while.

Started batch cooking yesterday for the 1st time, so have mince & tatties, stew casserole and chicken casserole already made, today will be making sausage casserole and sweet & sour chicken and portions of rice, I'm such a fussy eater, but quite happy with these and have salmon and fish separate in freezer. It's a start.

Started a bank switch way back in November and thought I hadn't set up DD's correctly before switch date so gave up and put it down to me not being properly organised, then received letter listing my DD's being transferred over and will be completed by end of January, and it looks like I may have had them in place correctly so may still be in line for the bonus:) Time will tell.

Lots to do, cooking, ironing etc, etc, so will get on. Oh, and 6 more nsd:D going to put total into my signature,
    as MfiT T4 starts today:j

    Hello!

Glad you survived your first week back!

Have also had a busy week but 17 NSDs this month so far :D

Should have 4/5 NSDs this work week too so fingers crossed.
Going away to a spa in the Cotswolds next weekend but already paid for ( and it's payday this week!) :T

  • Hello, Bexster

Thanks, survived ok but has given food for thought, was hoping things had settled down and they had got into new routine, but things seem as chaotic as ever, so am thinking seriously about making a move/job wise.

Enjoy your spa at the Cotswolds, never been there but a work colleague loves it and said if she won just enough then thats where she would move to, now shes retired they often go there for weekends.

Yeah, to pay day next week, its been a long time coming this month.:j

Fingers crossed for new beginnings for you too this year then.
Don't let yourself get sucked back into it, it's just a job.

  • Being back at my old duties this morning for a while, made me realise just how much pressure I had been under, before going off. Phew !!! couldn't believe I coped with it all for so long:eek:

Bosses, eh, I have 2 immediate with 1 above that, and they are all telling me different things, 2 of which I agree with, the 1 immediate, and 1 above. Don't agree with the other 1 immediate, will be interesting to see how this all pans out. :rotfl:

Lost my sign in for o/p my mortgage, (think I cleared some cookies:o) so will have to rummage through paperwork and get logged back on.

3 Parcels posted today and another 1 ready to go for tomorrow, so quite happy, nice little extra pennies and gets the items out of the house:) win, win.

Must chase up my claim for cleaning own uniform as had no word back from them yet:( and have some money in surveys, only trouble is they are vouchers for high street shops, and I don't really need anything from them as I have totally stopped buying.:D the other surveys I can claim ££ and they will put into my paypal:D - thats a much better option for me:)

Now, where's that paperwork ....................... must get o/p:)

  • Having a great day.

1st sent paypal balance to account I switched - so heaven knows, but should eventually turn up at new account.

Then tried to access mortgage account :wall:- only nobody seems to have been able to log on from this am sometime.

Hadn't received any surveys since NY, then got 2 yesterday - £6 claimed.:) and 2 parcels sent yesterday:)

And its payday tomorrow, so just managed to log on in time to re-shuffle, then time to switch as its just cost me  to have this account open now since charges went up this month :( Shame really, cause I liked them:smileyhea but not enough to pay them:D

Will report back once I know what i've been paid.

  • Not really, knew it was tight between a 5 week month, paying another mortgage, and car breakdown coverage for 1 year, and this month another mortgage as well as my own, and car tax yearly plus all my other little's ..:( All money in the bank, I suppose.

Need to make application this weekend for switching banks, as I've left it last minute as usual, not paying them to use their bank.

    Bought lottery ticket:)

Weather here is windy to say the least, think I have another 2 or 3 trees down, need to check when its daylight, but thankfully no damage, have 1 I have been watching as a bit top heavy, but think this may be last one standing:rotfl: and ..... we are on amber warning snow & blizzards forcast from 9.00pm till 3.00pm tomorrow:eek: ... and right on cue .... 9.15pm the hailstones and sleet have started

Have a nice weekend everyone:) Enjoy your spa Bexster :)

  • Morning, woke up to a lovely dusting of snow:)

And so the work begins, bed changed, washing on, ironing board out, mobile on charge - once thats charged can go out to the shops, as need some food:), waiting patiently until Monday may be even Tuesday before I see the new mortgage balance, then will work with it.

Not a lot happening here, even the bay seems to be on a go slow:( have a few other items to list, so maybe do that over the weekend, but still no sign of any other offer as yet - still using the free listing whole of Jan.

Really feel as if I've :wall: with making any extra pennies, can't think of anything else to do, so any legal :rotfl:suggestions greatly appreciated.
