13 items sold is really good work.

My bag/pile of ebaying goods is still lurking in my spare room making me feel guilty every time I go in. I take the same approach to listing as you which makes me massively procrastinate....will have a go at SJs method and get four things listed on the weekend.

If it's not listed it isn't going to magically sell!

29 months is great, not that long in the scheme of things :D
    First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!

Exactly Kittenkirst, if not listed - not going to sell, I tell myself that often :o

Incentive for me is to get every spare penny I can ready for end Oct when my mortgage fix ends, so I can overpay as much as possible. Done this the last time my mortgage rate fix ended, to try and get ahead of the game, and feel its worked, so far.

However feel there may be a change ahead, as reaching the stage (maybe by end of year) where I'll be comfortable with the amount left on mortgage that maybe I'll start thinking about mortgage neutral instead

Yes Bexster - you read right :rotfl: :D

Hurrah! You cheeky minx, bet you didn't think I'd see that so quickly!

It really is a good move. You may not need the cash and that's fab, but great if something happens and you do.

Thanks, sales were good for 2 days, then yesterday and today - nothing. Need to get more listed at the weekend.

Just off phone to New Bank, seems they didn't receive my switch application, even though it followed on with application for bank account which they received Ok. It's supposedly gone through now though and I will still receive incentive. Lets wait and see, shall we. Not a good start.

Looking forward to tomorrow, as its Friday :j I then have the weekend off :j lots to do.

    I WILL get organised. I WILL . . . . .

I finish for my long holiday tomorrow. AFK, if you are wanting an " organising buddy" I am happy to share the journey in a few weeks as I have lots to organise this summer. My list is long, but very do-able across a good few weeks.

Small confession to make. Our bag of eBay staff is still glaring at me from the corner of the living room...it'll be three weeks this Saturday with no new listings!
