Nokia 6300 - where best to buy with cashback

I am out of contract with Orange on a pay monthly. They want to charge me to upgrade my phone to 6300 so I am thinking of moving network. Was thinking of getting the best cashback deal I can find or the cheapest monthly rental. Can anyone recommend a good company who are reliable at giving cashback? I saw a good deal with Phonebox Direct where you essentially got the full cost of rental over the year back as cashback but have seen some poor feedback.

Any help for cashback deals or best deals around would be greatfully received.

I was with orange also so i ported my number over to a pay as you go sim ( any network ) for a couple of week then took out a new contract with orange and then ported my number back to them . The deal i got was a free nokia 6300 , 700 crossnet mins , unlimited 01/02 calls ,100 txts , free broadband , and £100 trade in credit for my old phone . Its cost £35 a month line rental
I took out my new orange contract at an orange shop .

Bloody hell! Thats a cracking deal i just saw it on their website. Are P4U reliable in paying cashback? Vodafone anytime 500mins/500txts, £40/month, total of £440 cashback from months 6, 8, 10 and 12.

I'm with O2 CPW.... i wonder if they'd match this deal?
