post office travel card forgot details! what to do?

morning just located a part used post office travel card and cannot log in online or use it post office as i can't remember my details eg memorable word/pin no etc. also moved house is there any hope to finding out how much is on this? any ideas? it's an 0844 no to call so will eat into any money on the card. thanks

Another tip is that whenever you see an 084 or 087 number advertised, try calling the matching 034 or 037 number.0
