    Cheers Munq...he's sort of outgrowing Peppa now...but he always makes me scroll back to your posts if he's looking over my shoulder 'Mr Potato, it's Mr Potato, go back mummy' etc etc

    He likes DipDap on here aswell for the same reason :D

    Mr TS has been personally at the front of council cuts that have filtered down to the charity he works for when he got made partially redundant couple of years ago. I wouldn't be surprised if these LOBOs are to blame. :(

    Councils put out to tender so much nowadays for a better price to cut costs which is where sometimes charities step in for essential services that councils can no longer afford to pay in house for and then eventually funding for these are also cut completely. Well that's the way I see it.

    If the LA's didn't take such foolish loans, those services would not need to be charity funded...

    If the LA were held to account, in 5 years they would be the next PPI.
