Good morning everyone :hello:...
I have just come out of lurkdom to report strange goings on with the mullers. (Or i made a total mess of it). I copied chris v's list and even cross referenced on the waitrose website but 4 out of the 9 flavours i got didnt compare.
You needed to buy 12 to match the 6 for £2 offer twice for the best result, Looks like you bought 10 or 2 are absent from apg.
edit:
buying 10 = net cost £1.45 (approx as some are 68p or 70p in waitrose?)
buying 12 = net cost £0.80#CHEEKY :cool:0 -

Daft question which may already have been asked and answered ...
With the Walkers (and indeed other code entry competitions) will the winning numbers have already been assigned or is it picking winners and losers at the time you enter (so random at the point of entry)? Just pondering whether the result is already secured or the time you enter (and number of people entering codes at any one time) makes a difference? We may never know but doesn't stop me wondering.
Both SSM and I have observed the 5 entry limit does not seem to be enforced at midnight for an hour and I have no way of knowing if firing them all through will affect my odds of winning.
Anon
I wonder that too. For a couple of days I was putting in the codes really early.....7ish and get through virtually a whole box without a winner. I convinced myself that someone hadn't flicked the start switch:rotfl:
Or as WMC would say......paranoia :rotfl:To do is to be. Rousseau

I'm somewhere just south of Edinburgh right now
Id say don't stay in Edinburgh itself. It's ridiculously expensive, especially this time of year. Stay somewhere in the central belt.....Falkirk, Stirling....that sort of area. Both Edinburgh and Glasgow are in easy distance to travel to without the expense of being in the cities.
It's a great area for stuff to do. If you want to please the kids there's the Falkirk wheel which is a fab experience and you can go see the kelpies on the way. Blair Drummond safari park near Stirling, lots in Stirling itself. A day out to Edinburgh to see all the sights. I'd also recommend Glasgow for shopping if that's your thing.
if you want scenery you are better going further north.
Lots of parks and open spaces to take kids for free too. What sort of accommodation are you looking for? Hotels are far cheaper out of the cities. Not sure about campsites or caravans.
I get very enthusiastic about the place. Can you tell :rotfl:
Zag......been for an Indian tonight with DDwe had pakora and spiced onions
:T thanks for the info :-) I will have to look in to it more xxbroke my back doing glitching

hornetgirl wrote: »Hi Lou. Sorry, can't help with specific places to stay but would second the advice given by fairclaire about staying outside of Glasgow and Edinburgh as both are very easy to access from places like Stirling and Falkirk. If you are National Trust members, lots of places will give you a discount. Do you enjoy walking? We did a lovely walk last weekend - parked in Dollar village, then up through Dollar Glen to Castle Campbell. It's quite steep in places but not too long. Don't forget to take an umbrella and a jumper just in case!
thank you :T all info is most great full :A
I cant walk far but I do use a scooterbroke my back doing glitching
