    Good Morning :)

Was watching BB last night and heard bangs outside that sounded like fireworks :( so I turned tv up louder so Poppy couldn't hear.

Looked out of window and grrr house across road having a firework display :(

Luckily Poppy didn't hear them she was fast asleep :T

By bedtime they had stopped :j:j:j

Looks like another nice day out

Good morning tweets funny you should mention fireworks as I also heard them ..then remembered it was 4th July ;)

It's suddenly gone very dark here - grey sky with that sort of yellowish tinge. Looks like we're in for another storm.

Good morning all, a bit cloudy here and not yet warmed up, but nice to be able to breathe for a while :D

Yellow sauce  well I don't know what that's all about but I do notice the differences from what I get at home and what I get here.

Scottish Indian is much better :D

I guess it's a regional thing? it's like all takeaway foreign foods. The seller adapts to the needs/wants of the customer. My in laws were Italian chippy owners :A they'd never have eaten what they served to the people who paid their wages :o
Hi, I really notice the difference with Chinese/Indonesian food if I am in the Netherlands. A spring roll is huge, packed full of beansprouts, chicken, pork, prawns and whole slices of omlette, and costs about the same as we'd pay for a much lesser quality one here, but comes with a pot of chilli sauce too. Most dishes come with free plain rice, you just pay for the upgrades to special fried etc. And there are usually free chilli crackers to nibble while you wait for a takeaway. We always try to fit one spring roll (loempia) in whenever we go over!
I am not young enough to know everything.
