All sorted for medley - I've book marked a website which seems to a general groucery list, put the item description in to the search box and various similar items are listed with barcodes - pick one that looks correct, put the number into the generator to see if you get lucky

Always a good day when you learn something new
Is it Tescos :rotfl: that's where I get BCs from
take this image url for example (linkable image)

Red is the barcode you need for generators, blue is the check digit which you don't usually need (it's absent from Asda receipts btw)#CHEEKY :cool:0 -

Questioned yet again over the Walkers voucher in A. I know I mentioned the other day that I've never had a coupon refused but feel I'm coming very close.
Supervisor was called who said I needed to buy a sandwich. I asked her to read the terms on the back and pointed to the conditions.
She said she wasn't allowed to read them:o:rotfl:
Haha xx
Funny today in my local tesco I was told I had to buy a sandwich and a drink and a single bag of crisps, I had a multibag of crisps for £1!
I said I'm sure a multibag would be ok as I am still buying walkers, the SA said it would say multibag on the voucher if it meant multibag and she made me put them back, she is a right jobs worth that's why I never shop in Mr T. Even my 9 year old girls had a giggle at her as she takes the coupon off me and then puts it in the coupon slot then always has to blow it in as it never registers!!!
It makes us laugh every time!!! :rotfl:We're just happy to have a home, a family and our health. Whatever else is just added and it fits.

Evening all.
Had one of my regular emails from money wise magazine. There is a new monthly saver with tsb. You need to have a tsb current account.
Paying 4 per cent net. You can pay from 25 to 250 per month.
Just one click to set up.
Thanks for this - Going to investigate this next week. TSB classic plus gives 5% on balances of up to £2000 - wonder if you can have the monthly saver attached to this.
You need to put in £500 a month - so in theory you could put in £750 and then bounce the £500 back again
Can't see anything on TCB for switching“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Keep up at the back
- £100 for Switching at the moment following the link from MSE or MoneySupermarket, though note that you need to make sure you have 3 direct debits on the account that you are switching (check for any other T&Cs):

Only applies to new accounts
... so if you have one already and your credit file can take it, may be worth a phone call to downgrade an existing account, then apply for a new one and switch in
.

It looks quite simple to use but just wanted to check we're not overlooking anything. If there should be an instruction leaflet and someone here has one, would you be willing to scan it and forward to me? Many thanks x
I'm sure you will find full instructions somewhere, but quick guide would be
1. turn on
2. wait to heat up
3. add food
4. turn food (bottom element is hotter than top, so turn for even cooking)
5. switch off and remove food.
6. clean grease tray
7. if grill is dirty my tip to clean is to turn it on for a couple of minutes, the dirt just slides off if the grill is warm.
Find a safe place to keep the grease tray, the number of times we have lost ours is mad. hornetgirl wrote: »That's a brilliant link, thanks MKS :T The reference to responsible adults in the safety instructions is a bit worrying though :rotfl:
Not too bad here, although my back has been playing up a lot lately. Nowhere near as bad as it has been in the past though, I've only really had one day when I was completely out of action this time. Not really grumbling though, I know others have far worse to cope with. Hope your glass is looking a little fuller now
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Glad that your back has eased. You did make me smile (in the nicest possible way) about your ankles the other day. Hope that they have calmed down for you now.0 -
