    Eighth Anniversary Combo Breaker
Morning all- up early to put pork in slow cooker for our annual street party. Let's just say there will be no shortage of crisps at the party!!!!

We are also having a BBQ tomorrow - beautiful sirloin steaks in Sada for £3.60 ish each - work perfectly with a packet of walkers!

Have a good day everyone and fingers crossed for dry weather from 3.30 pm - my DH has to put about a mile of bunting up this morning to get ready for street party. Hopefully a good turnout today with all our lovely neighbours getting together to enjoy a glass of Prosecco and a packet of Walkers! X

A house divided against itself cannot stand - I love this proverb, and thanks to my lovely family for making me realise that we can get through most things together ;)

    Morning :)

Thanks everyone :) I'm more relieved than anything. I'll always struggle with confidence. My tutor says i'm my own worst critic and that I should listen to what others say more....

Still rumblings of thunder and lightening here :D. The inner child in me decided not to wear any waterproof clothing on my morning walk and got soaked to the bone :D:D - reminds me of a geography field trip!
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

ILC you were probably in the wrong As. The onesies at 3pm gave it away :rotfl::rotfl:
The one with the reductions on t & coffee is a small ex-netto. It's not far at all from the big one. If you PM where you work ( not the exact place, a general idea will do) I will direct you. There's no tea & coffee reductions in the big one. The coffee I bought yesterday was from the small one. Luckily I don't buy creamer or tea ;):p there was lots of Assam tea reduced.

    No reductions in F/wood either.

I wouldn't like to have you going into the big A on a Saturday when the weegie invasion is in full swing. Sorry weegie friends :o but Glasgows finest have descended upon us and they are dressing like its Benidorm whether the weather likes it or not :o :rotfl::rotfl: As it happens it is fine weather today but there's only so many bare white man chests and bra straps a person can take. They onesies I'm used to :rotfl: :rotfl:

No offence meant to anyone :A I'm just messing........just not to happy at being asked if I'm enjoying my holiday.....again

Dinny even sound like yous! :p :rotfl:

haha love it. Il pm you now.x

Wow, donner und blitzen indeed, we were treated to a quite spectacular storm in the middle of the night. It still feels quite muggy though. Plastering all complete and drying nicely, so off to look at curtains and paint this morning. I might also actually remember to look in B&M for crisps, although not entirely sure what I should be buying :o
We need to be home and all tasks done by 1pm and will be hanging the Do Not Disturb sign up for the next three weeks. Is Mr TM getting excited too?

    Morning all :)
