Anyone done the Couch to 5k podcasts?

Just moved up to week 4 and struggling. At the point of giving up.

Maybe it is trying to run in 23 degrees heat, but I think it is age and being unfit.
I'm doing it, with a friend but have done an extra week of week 3 was supposed to b week 4. Thought with the weather been warm stick to week 3. Also don't think I will cope with week 4 but will find out next week. Think I'm doing quite well tho as I would of usually given up by now.

PD you mean you are not having your five a day.

    Hows you? :A

Depends what the '5' are ;) I'm having a Cage rage day. On the upside after much faffing I have the rest of the day off, a new exhaust (not a euphemism, if it were it would be a £208 one ) and a certificate saying I can work in a catering environment (4 hours well spent, most of it crocheting though :)).

How's you and everyone else in the Elite?

My last box produced 9 winners, and the mysterious already been used one (in a sealed box), but at £2.99 a box even one winner is a profit.
I did say at the beginning it was a gamble & a bit of fun
Off to get another box this afternoon
    Happy hunting everyone. x

I wonder how much it would cost to post a full box to southerners?
    Might be worth a go?

I've had vouchers go missing as well for no reason:( I now try to spend them asap.

I now do a normal order in between to spend them on stuff we need or stockpile. Just to spend them I have lost £5's and £10's not sure how many.
I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)

Yay on the certificate, moving closer to your goal. :T

At least your car bill was less than mine. :o after my epic MOT fail that meant getting a newer car.

I'm ok thanks doing my best to stay on the straight and narrow, ie. not going overboard on shopping. All the sorting I have done over last month, I like having some space again, it makes me feel I have things under control. :o
