    Anyone done the Couch to 5k podcasts?


    Just moved up to week 4 and struggling. At the point of giving up.

    Maybe it is trying to run in 23 degrees heat, but I think it is age and being unfit.

    Running is really not a good thing (IMHO), consider how long it is since your ancestors actually needed to run. Unless your dad is Ethiopian, of course.

    I'm struggling too sc. Did strengh training at 6.30 am yesterday and was still too warm. I've made my routine less brutal lol xx

    Forgot to say, big debate in A's today as to whether my food items were "lunch" as it wasn't a meal deal SA said. 3 people involved and after 10 mins they worked out how to put them through. Will try S next time xx

    Neither can i. I'll be sniffing around 2/3 home bargains later today. Happily buy 100's :)

    There is no harm at all in repeating week 3 if you need to :cool:
