Anyone done the Couch to 5k podcasts?
Just moved up to week 4 and struggling. At the point of giving up.
Maybe it is trying to run in 23 degrees heat, but I think it is age and being unfit.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. If you paid 15p per pack that's still £2.50 up minus Walkers to cash in voucher plus petrol.
I don't need to count petrol as it was on way to getting DD3 from college I literally drive past HB.
Can't believe this promotion has been on since 12/4 and we have only just cottoned on to how profitable it is. I'm happy with one win as you say I am up. :T0 -

Running is really not a good thing (IMHO), consider how long it is since your ancestors actually needed to run. Unless your dad is Ethiopian, of course.0 -

Forgot to say, big debate in A's today as to whether my food items were "lunch" as it wasn't a meal deal SA said. 3 people involved and after 10 mins they worked out how to put them through. Will try S next time xxCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.
