It depends what they are priced at in your A....if its £3 each then technically they are better to get in W because you dont need to buy fillers and the 10% extra that A would give you back as part of the apg would make them 68p each.
However if they are priced at £1.87 and go through the till as £3 then you can get your £2 gc from A too...which then may make it a better deal than buying straight from W
Also I guess it depends on how far you need to travel to get to a W in relation to getting to an A.....frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

I have tried to input some walkers codes this morning, but keep getting the message about daily limit. I entered 5 on my email and only 3 on the husbands, I tried a different browser but no use, is there another way to input the codes please?0

The purpose of the 10% APG is .........'If we're not 10% cheaper...we'll give you the difference'
I'd read some of yesterdays posts, there's not much to look back through. It will answer all your questions0 -

Depends on cost of fillers and number of toblerones bought.
Spending 70p on fillers you would have to buy 10 toblerones to beat waitrose price (by 5p overall).
I'm assuming fillers are NA or don't lose out on comparison.
ofc cheaper fillers are possible (red grape, green grape, miniature broccoli, carrot chunk, ginger sliver, tiny onion, small chilli, parsnip piece, sprout, small mushroom etc) :money:
Probably best to just buy in waitrose unless you have apgs to spend :rotfl:.#CHEEKY :cool:0 -
75p for a 400g bar of Toblerone is very good value IMO....but then I also remembered that I still have a couple of the fruit and nut ones ...possibly 3 that were 2p each after christmas...
I did pick up 3 last night whilst in A as they had good useby dates well into next year and will keep the choc stash topped up.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
