I think I need a price alert when items go up in price! This currently on £2.49 offer in M (or, maybe, regular price that's been reduced a bit:() but that, obviously, not good enough:

    Brasso Metal Polish (150ml)

    £2.10
    £1.40 / 100ml

Can anyone find any of this stuff, or an equivalent, cheaper? (May be different size but looking at price per 100ml.) In the meantime, do *not* put on Avs M. And I'd want the M price to go up as high as possible before I considered buying there! Want A also to reduce the price, or else M to go way lower than A if we're playing that game instead, but seems £2.10 is the lowest price to which non-RTC go, in between a short period of a rise upwards and then back to £2.10 maybe to label as "r'back" for a few weeks and encourage some sales at the normal £2.10 price (which, the point is, that is too dear for me:rotfl:).

Looks like I might be making strawberry jam tomorrow :D

Afternoon all, not sure where this came from but as I cant post pics I will copy the text.

Fill sink with water, add a cup of vinegar and stir. Add all the fruit - apples grapes etc. Water will be dirty and fruit will sparkle with no wax or dirty film. Great for berries too as it keeps them from moulding. Do this with strawberries and they will last for weeks.

Not tried it myself but will with the next lot of strawbs. I suppose you cant rinse off the vinegar or it wont work.

Exactly never have a seen a thread start early because posters don't like the thread starter or because there's been a few argument on a thread.

Marks and Spencers has announced they are in financial trouble. They have merged with Poundstretcher.

They will now be known as Stretch Marks.

Can't see anything on the news

I was watching a TV with my nan when our numbers came up. She jumped up, and started screaming! She nearly gave herself a heart attack!

That's the last time I take her into Argos.

Poor thing, did she think she won at bingo ?

Must be horrible being old and not knowing what's happening.

No matter how much I try and buy supermarket conveyor belt dividers, the cashier keeps on putting them back!

I don't think they're for sale, if they were they would have a barcode
