That's annoying.... Have you got a "walk in centre" near by?

    Excuse the pun:o

Not that I know of. :(

we have automated apointments for the doctors, you can phone 24 hours a day to get apointments, for doctor, nurse or specialist nurse i phoned today at 7 am and got one for ds3 for 9 am, I love our doctors :A

Your lucky, our docs have recently changed the system it used to be, ring up at 8am to try and get an appointment, if you left it until 8.10am you were more than likely out of luck, as all would be gone.

They have now changed it to 8.40 - 10.30am come and take a ticket and sit and wait for a doctor, I will go in with one ailment and come out with everything else, not looking forward to it at all.

At least when you got a specific time, you are usually in and out pretty quick.

    Afternoon :)

Congratulations to Mrs Stinkface on the birth of baby stink. :D Hope you are both doing well. :A

Well done to Rhosynbach's DS on passing his driving test. :T

Sorry to hear you are suffering Sarahdol, hope the pain subsides soon for you, would ice or heat packs help at all? xx

Thankyou, not sure if ice or heat packs would help, might be hard, as its both front and back of legs that are painful.

    Going to be deader soon

Someone seriously needs to get a life and stop reporting my posts especially the ones to fc we chat on a daily basis about all sorts and if she thought my post about her day trip was inappropriate sure she would have mentioned it to me either on here or via pm

Right I haven't been banned or going to be banned just cba
No need to reply just so people know I am not dead when I am not bilging away :p

Is there no way to find out who is reporting posts? What happens if a post is reported? The admin teams must be able to see a pattern and think it's just someone on the wind up.

It's this kind of petty stuff that needs to get dealt with.

    everyone,
I got an iPad mini for my birthday so I may be able to contribute more now :j
What are your thoughts munqui? These are 2 for £2 in store and on msm but no multi is on A.com.
I am a bit slow on the uptake with the new apg so I don't know what to make of it!
I can give it a test later, most likely after 6pm.

    I'm not sure :rotfl:

But I am just off to A to buy some test cokes

    If you look at http://groceries.asda.com/asda-webstore/landing/home.shtml#/promotion/ls85279

you can see the cokes are listed under 2 for £2, but the individual products have no multi on them.

As the new apg doesn't use msm though it's all a bit of a guess!

Success or failure, It would help my understanding of the new system so I'm not too bothered if it doesn't work.

I shall only be testing a few flavours (diet and zero) though - we don't usually buy sugary versions.

OK i'm taking the thread in a different direction...
just been reading that potentially theres another name in the frame for the top gear presenting job...
Nick Knowles....nothing against him but why do the BBC seem to latch on to a very small number of presenters and put them everywhere...I like Clare Balding but even she now seems to be all over both every sporting event and Radio...

I'm not a TG fan but I've 3 in the house that are..The BBC dont need to put an established "face" on the programme...If TG is going to come back please let it not be presented by one of the handful of presenters that grace the books of the BBC

I shall now step off of my box and wish munqui a safe trip to A to test the coke!
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

If a seasoned pro like yourself can't fathom it, I have no chance. I will await your shop then

I've been having a think about it all since my first post and actually think that one of the best times where the elite have come together this year was Tiny's daughters make up challenge....
Totally against all the rules of voting etc but what a great time it was for bringing everyone together and working to achieve what was a really good result for her, even though she wasnt put through to the next phase....
Again some were unhappy that we turned the thread into non shopping for a few weeks but it bought many lurkers and previous posters out just to showtheir support...
In my mind it doesnt harm having a quiet spell as long as people do keep their hand in a little and lurk...

FC is having a very challenging year and whist she may not be reading or posting as much as she used to I am sure she has a wave of support and thoughts from her virtual elites.

Emma's been and got herself a fab new job which is quite rightly taking up large chunks of her time ...but we're all on the lookout for a handwash glitch for her and cant wait to have some tales from her time over the pond.

Qoc shes juggling lots at the moment...sweetheart,dont worry about the rabble at work they just cant recognise a good worker when they see on and probably have tarred you with the tag of "temp"...I once worked with someone who refused to speak to new people until they had worked for the company for a year...utterly self centred.

Just recently we have seen the return of henlans...I was not here on his last visit so have no idea of the politics of why he was removed, and TBH I speak as I find rather than being led by whats happened before....I hope he continues to provide a valuable input to the thread going forward and it was a lovely touch to see photos of the family holiday that was paid for by glitches...

Too many others that I could also write about but who wants to read a great long post...unless of course its from savvy and actually contains something of interest from morries....savvy,I hope you are enjoying your down time from the elite at the moment
    and finally from me
Tweets....I'm still so impressed with the weight loss

Thank you I feel better than I did this time last year :D
My work pants wouldn't fasten and I am now wearing next size down :T:T:T
