Well done to your son on passing the driving test Rhos....the road is officially his oyster now!
Mine has his in a few weeks time but wont let me tell anyone about it,we have a car ordered for him which is currently on hold in storage at the garage for when he passes hopefully ....but its been so hard not to share any of the details with anyone as Ds1 doesnt want anyone knowing in case he fails...

my guess why the threads so quiet at the moment...the weathers nice there is a lack of glitches and its probably just a case of get out in the sun...it doesnt help that recent apg changes have happened, but the beauty of the elite is we come and go and are welcomed back...I suspect that folk will dip in and out over the summer and come september we'll see everyone return,a bit like a new school term!!!

I took a break a few weeks ago...RL needed addressing and it meant that I couldnt do the things I enjoyed on the scale I enjoyed them...at the time there was also quite a bit of tension around some posters suggesting that there was too much chat about non shopping related things and it was clogging up what is essentially a shopping portal...this may have also happened at the time when there was also one user with a very definite view on politics which made for difficult and rather tiresome reading...for me the elite should be a mix of everything in moderation, banter,RL stories, news of the day, shopping finds and above all a good balanced read...

I guess you cant please everyone ....

Maybe there is I don't know about it either so you're not on your own.
slow isn't the word it's not cause there's no glitches cause there are, nowt that interest me. Even when there no glitches it's never this quiet.[/QUOTE

Like you, I don't think it is anything to do with glitches and everything to do with people not feeling comfortable with the thread at the moment. I just hope the thread is important enough for posters to stick with it. I don't take part in glitches very much as there is only two of us, kids are married and they don't seem that interested so I don't bother unless it is something that I use..x

I'm not going anywhere, so you'll all get my rubbish I post about :rotfl:

Congratulations to the Mrs S and family :)

    Also to Rhos's ds2 :)

Hope everyone is well :) RL is busy at the moment - I keep getting volunteered for stuff (not that I mind really - it's usually a laugh)

Nearly forgot - all the RTC cereal, Alpen porridge sachets etc and the cereal bars is in a cage at the front of my ex netto with hand written price labels on with very cheap prices. Eg Kellogg's cereal bars 50p, 22 pack of oats so simple £1. Stocked up on the cereal as the blue tube of porridge oats no longer comparing on new.

Just refill the blue tubes with SP oats :D
