FC, just wanted to say you are a very strong woman and will get through this :A
I've had things happen in my life, things that only my very close family know about and have suffered awful anxiety. CBT helped me a lot. One simple technique you could start straight away is not referring to it as 'my anxiety', instead 'the anxiety'. Don't take ownership of the anxiety. Thinking of you all and wishing you lots of positive thoughts xxx:happylove Nanny to 2 Cherubs :happylove0 -

No kind of lie in today because of builders taking down scaffolding a few houses down. Some 'yoofs' down my street were opening and closing car doors and screaming at random intervals for some unknown bladdy reason at 2am.
So a little afternoon nap might be on the cards later!
FC I'm sorry to read about your woes. But well done to you for having the courage to put the breaks on. Takes a lot of guts to admit everything isn't ok x
I've checked my emails on a weekend for the first time this series and have had one of my worries disappear. So I'm glad I did it. Still a couple more to conquer before shoot time but we'll get there! I'm off to Texas for a week, then New York. We have half rest days here and there so will get a little bit of downtime.
Obviously I have done the Elite thing and signed up for frequent flyer miles on both of the airlines I'll be on. Any other tips on maximising a paid for trip?
