People who buy houses purely to make money are morally corrupt..
In your opinion. I beg to differ.0 -

I get you mate but come on ain't all investment are based on that ground, being overly righteous will make you end up in a cheap nursing home and feeze to death whereas the the morally corrupt will laugh in Barbados on the beaches0

No "mate" you clearly don't "get me".
Despite what you say the vast majority of people who work throughout their lives don't live hand to mouth when they retire . The truth is there are many ways to make your savings make money that outstrips inflation and will provide a "pension" when you retire.0 -

Of which property is one. It is no different to any other asset.0 -
If you think savings and pension will get you anywhere these days these age I say no further.
Outline any means apart from pathetic saving and pension that doesn't involve speculation. Relax and live a little.0 -
Maybe you should take your own advice. Every single post you've ever made on the forum is about buying property as an investment.
The forum and life in general is far more than just investing in property and making money.
Have a wander around the forum theres so much of interest out there, everything from worldwide holidays,DIY,gardening etc etc etc.
Chill out Lilly, theres far more to life than money, no point being the richest person in the cemetery.
£1 more than you need is all you need.0 -
Lol ok thanks to my investment I can afford quite a few nice overseas holidays and fund my not so cheap art hobbies, and I hope in the future when I have enough surplus I can help people. I just don't write them on here but anyway I put up this post to talk about investment(I'm really wasting my time here) and if it clashes with your strong and utopia life belief I wish you the best of luck.0
