Can not decide what TV to buy any help please?

Options
Hello all,

I am in the market for a TV. It will mainly be used a little gaming further down the line and linking my laptop to play Netflix, Youtube.

My only criteria really is 40-50inch and under £400 max a good brand which wont break is also a bonus.

What is the best value i can get?

I have seen these two bit no idea if 4k is a waste now or a nice bonus which helps future proof? I see Netflix are starting to do 4k

LG 42ub820b - £350 - 4k LG TV. - 42inch led ips panel .

Toshiba 47L6453 47 Inch Smart WiFi Built In Full HD 1080p LED TV with Freeview HD £329 Tesco Direct.

Any help or advice would be very appreciated

Many Thanks
