Asked to vacate but forced to stay until the end of notice period

    I guess also that I'll have to read again attentively whatever was sent to us by the agency on behalf of the landlord (and for what I can tell it looks indeed like what you guys describe as an S21).

    Post the details in particular any heading which specifies what type of S21 it is and the whole sentence of text where the date of 10th August is. Also post the start and end dates of your last fixed term. Also check the deposit prescribed information is complete and served on you in time. It may be there is a fault in the S21 notice which you can use to gain more time or to negotiate with.

    @franklee: Milton Keynes is not quite a tourist magnet I'm afraid so I doubt AirBnB is going to be a viable option...

    I'll post the details later, I am currently at work in London and don't have the document with me.
