Estate Agent refusing to pay Judgement costs to me

Unfortunately this is a common pitfall with suing firms, they can trade as "xxx"
You have to do some serious detective work first.
As that is a trading name there is no actual legal entity attached to it.
Failure to even return court forms is usually a warning you have got something wrong.
You could try a variation order but if they select to defend and N244 application which a clued up brief will do, it gets very expensive.
It would costs less to simply re-sue them, but expect them to defend once you have the right entity.
A company Solicitor will usually advise them to ignore everything unless it is 100% correctly served as it frustrates to Claimant to find they have a useless CCJ against something that only exists as a false paper front for a real comapny and they usually give up.
I feel sorry for the situation, it is quite common and the best advice is to brush yourself off and issue against the real company and add in trading as "xxxx"

So the claim form reads :

Company Number 06352873
Registered office :

My claim with them, they are down with them as Sky Relocation.0
