Of course OP, it is not mandatory.
But then again, it makes it easier to prove I have looked and applied for jobs!0 -

Had a quick look at it over the weekend, sorry but it is horrid...
On a brighter note, friend had an interview today and hopes he will get the job and move on from the JC nightmare0 -

I think the only reason anyone uses that website is being they feel forced to by the Job Centre or don't have enough IT skills to find and use other job sites. Although there's bound to be one or two out there that for some weird reason believe it's a good site lol.
