Sorry but I had to go off line to try to track down an open chemist to stop OH bleeding to death. It was a nasty gash.
My conclusion is that it is much easier to get Excel advice on a Saturday afternoon than it is to find an open chemist.

OK I have quickly knocked something together that could do the job if you can fit how I've done it into your overall spreadsheet.
PM me your email addy and I'll send you how I've done it - if you get 2/3/4 of us doing it you may even get different ways of achieving it LOL

Yes J, I have replied a short time ago. Hope you have it by now? As per e mail - I will try what you have suggested but tweak it to work the other way round if I can i.e. put in gross and level and it to calculate net and Vat figures.
