It's like the old pre-PoFA days with threats of Norwich Pharmacal Orders and God only knows what other tripe being spouted by the PPC's.
Ironically VCS did apparently use at least one Norwich Pharmacal Order way back in 2011. Obviously it was not cost effective and does not seem to have been used since. The order was used to make a lease company disclose vehicle keepers. Fast forward to 2015 and the case has reached debt recovery stage, where it has remained for a few months.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0 -
Indeed they did. First time around they tried to obtain one at Melton Mowbray and after two hearings they were laughed off the park.
