Some one from Student Forum refered me here. They said there was someone by name of Taiko and many other people who would have more knowledge on my circumstance. Am a parent to a 18year old daughter who is due to join uni in September. We applied for SFL but we have been turned down on conditions being, that she has not…

No, they don't. As previously stated, the 3 years residency must be met before the 1st day of the 1st academic year.

In short, if she starts this September, she will be ineligible for the full duration of her studies.
