Got BT Sport separately (can't switch and bundle as on deals with Sky and TT) do they offer retention deals? If so what is best way to get them?

Yes, they deal, ive got it for 8 quid a month.
phoned up to cancel about 9 months ago and was offered this immediately.
probably could get more if you haggle with them.0 -
Thanks rang up and got £8 deal. Wouldn't go any lower! A good week of haggling!0

I only really watch football on BT Sport, all the other sport I watch is on Sky. Called to cancel, I'm getting it free until the 31st of July when they announce their new channels etc.
Not a bad result.DEBT FREE!
Debt free by Xmas 2014: £3555.67/£4805.67 (73.99%)
Debt free by Xmas 2015: £1250/£1250 (100.00%)0 -
As just detailed on the main BT Sport thread, they seem to be offering a discount to Sky TV customers so that BT Sport doesn't end up costing anymore when the price increase kicks in on 1st August. In other words, a £6.50 reduction...as long as you sign up for another 12 months. Means you get BT Europe for free, effectively. I only use BT Sport for the UFC, which is why I phoned up cancellations to complain about the forthcoming price increase for a channel I don't need and didn't ask for!0
