Thanks for the reply.
I was not happy. And I did tell her that. Her response was, there is nothing I can do.
They were aware that it was needed by x date.
I did call and i have been waiting for a call back since morning.
OK. That isn't the impression you gave in your post though. Sounds like getting the correct item a bit late is all you are going to get then.0 -

Where you had it delivered to doesn't matter, but I do think it's odd that your workplace expects you to have work items delivered to your home address.
Thanks.
It was not work items. But to be used at work place.
Project I am currently working on. And supposed to submit prototype etc.
So the work place don't want the goods coming in. They want to see the end product.
As we have had issues where colleagues items were gone missing or damaged as our goods-in place is at very awkward and that is where we have photocopier/fax etc. Plus they health and safety don't know.0 -

I am sorry for not being clear.
I am not good at explaining. :embarasse
And what shall I do with the wrong item I have received.
The company I ordered it from, they didn't tell me anything.
I told them it is available for pick up.
She said well I don't really know. I guess we have to make that one again as well and giggled it.0 -

Don't do anything with it. Keep hold of it until (if) they decide to collect it. I wouldn't pay to send it back, but you can't just dispose of it either.0
