Righto , so sending letters making threats to remove yourself is the right way to go is it?

best thing is to first have a word with the neighbour. I've been on the receiving end of a formal complaint without first having a word with me and it's soured relations between me and the complainant.
never talk since the complaint. which is a good thing because the idiot used to always ask for favours before so it's good riddence. I bet it's birning him inside becasue he used to ask me to borrow my compressor al the time.0
