Asda Mobile
We curently have 2 phones with Virgin Mobile PAYG, but have just stumbled across Asda mobile which seems alot cheaper, i understand its on the Voda network, has anybody had any experience with Asda Mobile ? , i presume the sim will work on and Voda handset ?
Me and the wife are very low users and our monthly bill with Virgin comes in around £12 for both phones and we pay monthly on direct debit.

Seems cheaper for certain things and not for others.
Virgin has free voice retrieval. If you phone landline or virgin it is cheaper. The only calls that seem cheaper are if you are phoning different network mobiles.
Calculators out to see how much each service would be.0 -
Yeah there is a huge difference between mobile calls, Virgin charge 35p and Asda 8p0

Anybody know if the Asda sim will work on a Vodaphone k800i ?
I rang Asda mobile and they didnt know.0 -
@Deanos
it should do if the k800i is unlocked. Else, you'll need to get it unlocked. Even though Asda Mobile uses Vodafone, it still won't work.
Same reason why Virgin sims dont work in locked TMobile phones.0
