New BT home Hub connection problems with certain devices

Hello, hope you technical people can help.
We've got new BT home hub.
It won't open up the Internet on our iPads unless I disconnect them from the home network wireless connection.
We have changed from 5GHz to 2.4GHz and vice versa.
But it is bizarre that if I disconnect the devices each time  then we can connect with the Internet.
I am quite frustrated!
Please help if possible
Thank you

Sorry I can't help.
I'm hoping you get an answer to this as it happens to one of our tablets too; just occasionally, and only with one particular tablet, but the only way we've found to fix it is by disconnecting, switching off the tablet, and restarting.
We have a BT Hub 3.0 -
Factory reset the hub .
Is what i would do first .
Then on setup make sure you have your WiFi passwords the same on IPads as router .0
